Rules and Regulations
  1. Definitions
    1. The Club shall mean the "ABHAY PRASHAL SPORTS CLUB" (APSC).
    2. "Rules" shall mean "Rules and Regulations" as incorporated and amended from time to time by the Trust.
    3. The "TRUST” shall mean the Indore Table Tennis Trust, Indore on whose property the Table Tennis Club has been established for optimum utilization of all the facilities created by the trust. The trust is the sole authority to formulate policy and plans for administration and management of the club.
    4. The "TRUSTEES" shall mean the "Trustees" of Indore Table Tennis Trust, Indore.
    5. The "EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE" shall mean Executive Committee of the Trust under the Trust Deed of Indore Table Tennis Trust.
    6. The "SUB COMMITTEE" means a Committee constituted for management of the affairs of the Club under these Rules by the Executive Committee.
    7. "MEMBER" shall mean a member who is duly admitted to membership of club under the rules and regulations and is continuing as such on a relevant date.
    8. "FAMILY" shall mean self, spouse and children up to the age of 24 years.
    9. "GUEST" shall mean any person, not being a member, validly introduced by a member for temporary use of any of the facilities of the Club, subject to such terms, conditions or restrictions as may be decided by the Governing Committee from time to time.
    10. "CEO" shall mean the Chief Executive Officer of the Club who shall perform his duties under the control and supervision of the Executive Committee and shall be ex-officio member to the meeting of Executive Committee in relation to affairs of the Club.
    11. "Person" shall mean any individual, corporate, company, institution or any other entity incorporated under any applicable law.
    12. Financial year - The financial year of the club shall be from 1st April to 31st March.

  2. Aims and Objectives
    The aims and objectives of the club are:
    1. To promote, develop and popularize the game of table tennis and other indoor games.
    2. To provide facilities to organize International, National, State Level and open Table Tennis Championships and other indoor games, for different age groups for men and women, junior and mini junior.
    3. To Organize free or subsidized coaching facilities of table tennis and other games for members and their children.
    4. To grant scholarships to promising players.
    5. To provide for the members a meeting place for recreation, entertainment, pastime and social contact and also provide facility of canteen, restaurant, bar for social gathering for the exclusive use of the members in the club premises.
    6. To create and encourage among the members and the public of Indore a liking for the interest in games and sports of all kinds both indoor and outdoor and both Indian and Western and particularly table tennis and also games of intelligence, skill and art.
    7. To create and encourage a spirit of social service and comradeship amongst members.
    8. To promote health club, gym and other facilities for the members and their families.
    9. To promote, encourage and support such activities among the members as are conducive to the growth of social, cultural and intellectual environment in particular.
    10. To collect funds for fulfilling and furthering the objects of the club, by accepting donations, grants, gifts, money in trusts from any person viz. Individuals, Firms and Corporate bodies etc. by giving on hire its premises to member or private individual organizations on specific dates. No portion or income, funds, or property of the club shall be transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or otherwise to any member of the club.
    11. To invest money and funds of the club in such authorized securities, as may be determined and to purchase, take on lease, hire or otherwise acquire any movable or immovable property for the Trust/Club as the trustees may decide from time to time.
    12. To best utilize the club and complex and its assets for tournament of the games and to do such things as are conductive and attains all the above objects as be deemed fit by the Executive Committee.
    13. Generally to do all such other acts and things as are incidental or conclusive to the furtherance and attainment of the above objects of the club and to their patrons and member trustees.
    14. The aforesaid aims and objects of the club can be modified, altered, amended by the Indore Table Tennis Trust, Indore.

  3. Membership
    1. Indian citizens who are more than 18 years of age and of sound mind are eligible to apply for membership except for Corporate membership. Any company, corporation, institution or entity registered under any Act may apply for corporate member provided such entity has annual turnover of Rs. 500 lakhs or gross receipts of Rs. 100 lakhs as the case may be.
    2. Every application for membership duly filled in shall be placed before the meeting of the Executive Committee or Membership Sub-Committee, as the case may be and on the same being approved, the applicant shall be admitted as member of the Club.
    3. The Committee shall be entitled to reject and or/refuse to grant any membership to any person or body corporate without assigning reasons and the decision of the Committee shall be final and binding. A person whose application for membership has been rejected shall not be eligible for admission until after the expiry of a period of two years from the date of rejection.
    4. A person who has voluntarily resigned from membership and not having any dues payable to the Club on the date of resignation may be re-admitted by the Executive Committee on a fresh proposal and on payment of fresh entrance fee prevailing at the time of fresh application, if all the liabilities have been fully discharged.
    5. All the members shall be entitled during the prescribed hours to play games and enjoy other advantages, facilities, amenities and to introduce guests, subject to such restrictions and payments as may be imposed or prescribed by the Governing Committee under the Bye-laws, Regulations for the time being in force.
    6. The right of admission of any new member is strictly vested with the Executive Committee and the Executive Committee may refuse admission to any applicant without assigning any reason thereof, which shall not be challenged by the applicant in any court of law.
    7. The Executive Committee shall be free to open the membership of the club from time to time with number of members under each category and shall have right to close the membership under any category if the Committee feels to do so in view of limitation of administration, management and facilities of the Club.

  4. Membership Categories
    Membership is non transferable and entrance fees is also non refundable. Entry fees will be applicable on the date of admission of membership.
    Membership Categories: Members shall be of under mentioned categories.
    1. Patron Members
    2. Honorary Members
    3. Corporate Members
    4. Life Members
    5. Associate Members
    6. Govt. & Defense Service Members
    7. Sports

    • Any person who is otherwise eligible may apply for membership in any of the category provided he/she fulfills the criteria laid down for such category of membership in prescribed form available at the Club on payment of prescribed fees.
    • The Committee of the club shall have exclusive right to accept or reject any application and shall not require to assign any reason thereof.
    • The Committee may require any aspirant to submit necessary documents such as Income Tax Return, Balance Sheet, Certificates before considering any application for membership.

    1. Patron Members
      1. The Trustees of Indore Table Tennis Trust and member of Executive Committee shall be the Patron Members of the Club. Any person who is otherwise eligible to become life member may become patron member by paying a sum not less than Rs.11,00,000/- or any other sum as may be decided by the trustees of the Trust. The Trustees shall have right to refuse admission of any person as patron member without assigning any reasons thereof and such decision shall be final and binding on all.
      2. The Patron Members shall be exempt from payment of entrance fees but shall be required to pay all other charges and subscription as applicable in case of life member.
      3. The Patron Members shall be members of the Club for life. After the death of any Patron Member, (on application) his membership will be transferred as per provisions applicable for Life Members, however on such transfer, status of membership shall change to Life Member.

    2. Honorary Members
      1. A person who is likely to help the Club in the field of Sports may be enrolled as Honorary Member (Sports) by the Committee provided such person gives his written consent to assist the Club in the administration/coaching of Sports to the best of his ability and to devote time.
      2. Any eminent personality who has helped or is likely to help in furtherance to the objectives of the Club may be enrolled as Honorary Member (Others) by the Committee provided such person gives his written consent to assist the Club to the best of his ability and to devote time
      3. The Honorary Membership may be withdrawn by the Club if the club has sufficient reasons to believe that the member has acted against the interest of the Club.
      4. The number of Honorary Members will not be more than 3% under Sports Category and 2% in Others category of the total strength of Life Members of the Club.
      5. The Honorary Members shall be exempted from payment of entrance fees but shall be required to pay all other charges as applicable in case of life member, however, the Committee may exempt or grant concession in payment of charges and subscription of the Club on merit.
      6. The Honorary Membership shall be for a period of Three Years unless renewed by the Executive Committee and is not transferable. However, such Honorary Member may become Life Member of the Club by paying 50% of the entrance fees payable by the Life Member prevailing at the time of exercise of this option.

    3. Corporate Members
      1. Any company, corporation, institution or entity incorporated under any applicable law of the Country, may be at the discretion of the Executive Committee be admitted as corporate members of the club. Under this category three of the nominee of the company with family will be entitled to avail the facilities of the club.
      2. Each person so nominated shall pay monthly subscription and maintenance charges as per rules. Company will be liable to club for the unpaid dues of the nominees.
      3. In case of winding up of the company or corporation or institution, the membership shall cease from the date of such order passed by any appropriate court or forum.
      4. The all the rules applicable in case of life member shall be applicable to the nominee of the Corporate Member.
      5. The Corporate Member may change the nomination at any time, however no such request shall be entertained unless all the dues of the club have been fully paid up.
      6. The Corporate Member may nominate only directors or employees at senior position of the company and in support thereof shall submit necessary documents as may be required by the Club.

    4. Life Members
      1. Any citizen may become the Life Member of the Club on the recommendation of two members the club or eminent persons from the society to the satisfaction of the Committee.
      2. Any person having convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude or having undergone imprisonment for any criminal offence shall not be eligible for membership of the club.
      3. The Committee may refuse membership to any person who in the opinion of the Committee is not conducive to the activities of the Club or such person was involved in any activity which were against the interest of the Club.
      4. The spouse and children up to the age of 24 years of the member shall consist Family of the Members.
      5. Children above the age of 24 years of the existing Life Member shall be eligible as Life Member – Ward Major on payment of entrance fees as may be decided by the Committee from time to time however it shall not be less than 50% of the prevailing membership fees for life membership.
      6. The daughter in law or son in law or any other relative of any member shall not be entitled to avail the facility of the club as member, however such person may use the facility of the club as guest by paying guest charges.

    5. Associate Members
      1. Associate Membership may be granted on payment of entrance fees and charges as may be fixed by the Committee from time to time.
      2. Such Associate Member can enjoy the facilities of the Club on paying charges or as may be decided by the Committee from time to time.
      3. Such Membership shall be valid for one year from the date of admission renewable for maximum two terms of one year each on payment of renewal charges as may be decided by the Executive Committee from time to time.
      4. The Governing Committee reserves the right to accept or reject the application for membership or its renewal from time to time considering the circumstances.
      5. Associate Members shall be given preference at the time of grant of life membership.

    6. Govt. & Defense Service Members
      1. The Serving I.A.S., I.P.S., I.F.S., I.R.S. Officers of Class 1 Cadre of Central & State Government, Officers of Indian Army / Navy / Air Force of the rank of Lt. Col., Dy. Commissioners of Mumbai Municipal Corporation or Officers of the equivalent Cadres, are eligible to be enrolled as Service Member of the Club.
      2. A Service Member shall cease to be a member at the end of the year. He may be however readmitted if eligible on making fresh application along with the prevailing Entrance Fees at the time of readmission. The Executive Committee may consider the relaxation in the entrance fees payable by such member.
      3. A Service Member shall pay club charges for use of the club facility at par with other members of the Club.

    7. Sports
      1. A person residing in the Indore District and selected for any games or sports to participate in any national, international event is eligible to be enrolled as a Sports Member of the Club.
      2. Sports Member shall pay Entrance Fee and Annual Subscription as may be decided by the Committee from time to time. However, such members may be granted additional coaching and other facilities facility as may be decided by the Committee.
      3. Sports Member will be required to undergo training and to participate in competitions.
      4. Selected Sports Members of the Club will represent the Club in various tournaments/ competitions/selections.
      5. Sports person representing any game or sports at National Level competition shall be eligible to apply to become the Sports Member.
      6. Sports Member will be allowed to utilize the sports facilities free of cost only for the sport he/she excels. However, the charges for the other sports facilities will be paid by such members at par with the charges for the Life Members.

  5. Guest
    1. No guest shall be admitted unless personally introduced by a member who must enter his name in the guest book kept at the reception counter and obtain a guest ticket. He will write his name and address, membership number therein and on every occasion with his/her own name. It is incumbent on the member introducing a guest to ensure that he/she is present at the club premises while the guest is so present. The right of admission to any guest is strictly reserved.
    2. Members introducing guest will be responsible for their compliance with the Rules of the Club. Should a guest not complying with the rules of the club or misbehaves, the member introducing the guest will be spoken to and it will be the duty of the member to see that his guest leaves the club. The member introducing the guest shall be answerable for any loss, injury or damage caused by or from the guest inclusive of accepting the pecuniary burden resulting therefrom. The member will be sole responsible for the behavior of his guests.
    3. A member introducing a Guest or visitor shall be personally responsible for all the expenses incurred by his/her guest or visitor, and for his/her observances of the constitution Rules of the Club.
    4. Every member shall pay guest entrance fee or such fees as the Executive Committee may fix from time to time for every guest introduced. The member shall also pay for the games played by the guests as prescribed under the rules for different games.
  6. Entrance Fee (W.E.F.01.04.2021)
    The entrance fees paid will not be refundable.

    3. Corporate Members(Three nominees) Rs. 15,00,000/-
    4. Life Member Rs. 5,00,000/-
    5. Associate Member
    6. Government & Defence Member
    7. Sports Category
    8. Family Members – Ward on attaining the age of 24 years 50% of prevailing fees

    Note: +18% GST Extra for All Membership Amount (Rs.5,00,000/- & Rs.15,00,000/-)
    Note : Applicable taxes, service tax and any other government levies shall be payable in addition to entrance fees as state above or as revised from time to time by the Executive Committee.

  7. Monthly Subscription
    subscription shall be payable in advance as under :
    1. Maintenance : Rs. 900/- + 18% GST per month or Rs. 1062/-.
      All categories of members shall have to pay subscription and maintenance fees for each quarter in advance.
    2. Social Contribution : Each member including patrons shall contribute Rs. 50/- per quarter. The amount thus collected shall be used by the club for philanthropic purpose and may partly be donated to some needy person, institution or budding sports person etc as may be decided by the Executive Committee of the club.
    3. Tournaments : A fee of Rs. 100/- per financial year or as may be determined by the Committee from time to time may be payable by all members and patrons towards promoting tournaments.
    4. Subscription shall be payable by the members in advance at the beginning of each quarter. The due date for payment of each quarter is 1st January, 1st April, 1st July and 1st October each year.
    5. Guest Fee : Rs. 300/- per guest per day.

  8. Non Payment of Bills
    1. If any member fails to pay his/her bill for subscription, supplies or other charges of the club within 30 days from the due date of the bill then there shall be levy of late payment charges of Rs. 250/- for default of one quarter and Rs. 500/- for default of two quarters. In case of default of three quarters, such member shall be served with a notice of demand by registered post requiring him to pay all the dues of the club within 15 days from the date of receipt of such notice along with Rs. 1000/- as late payment charges. In case any member fails to pay the dues of the club with late payment charges, such member of his/her family members shall not be allowed to use the facility of the club.
    2. After the expiry of the notice period, the member will be liable to have his name posted on the club notice board as a "defaulter".
    3. Defaulters
      If the payment is not made within the time specified for four or more quarters such defaulter member shall be served with the notice calling him/her finally to pay the entire dues of the club alongwith late payment charges of Rs. 500/- for each quarter of default within a period of seven days and if the amount is not fully paid, the Executive Committee shall strike off his/her name from the list of members, and thereupon he/she shall cease to be a member. The Executive Committee, may however, on a written request of the member on satisfactory grounds, within a period three months reinstate such person on reinstatement charges of Rs. 5,000/-. Further in the event of re-instatement of such member, member shall have to make satisfactory deposit of the amount with the club as decided by the Committee. A member who is noticed as defaulter for non-payment of bills shall not be entitled during the period of default, to use the club, or any supplies or any privileges of membership.
    4. Notice
      In all cases, where it is necessary to give notice or reminder to member under any rules, it shall be sufficient that such notice or reminder be sent or posted to the last known address as provided by the member to the club.

  9. Termination of Membership
    Membership of the club shall stand terminated in any of the following case :
    1. Voluntary resignation by a letter addressed to the Executive Committee.
    2. The member being declared insolvent.
    3. By the removal of name from the list of member under rule 8.
    4. Member being found guilty of an offence involving gross mis-conduct or moral turpitude.
    5. Upon death of a member, however other family member shall continue to be the member and membership of such person shall be transmitted upon his/her spouse as the case may be.
    6. Being dismissed from public service.
    7. Upon a member being declared defaulter on two occasions during a period of three years.
    8. In the event of the conduct of the member being found injurious to the reputation and interest of the club or in any event which is likely to disturb the order and its surroundings. The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final.
    9. By expulsion under rule 10.
    10. By giving wrongful information in application form of membership.

  10. Expulsion of Member
    1. If in the opinion of the Executive Committee of the trust the conduct of any member.
      1. Is injurious to the reputation and interest of the club and trust.
      2. Is likely to disturb the peace, tranquility and harmony of the club.
      3. Is in the habit of flouting or questioning the authority of the trust office-bearers or Executive Committee members outside the approved forum.
      4. Is a violation or willful infringement of the rules and regulations of the club.
    2. Such and any other conduct, incidents or events effecting the reputation of the club shall be taken immediate cognizance of by the CEO who shall call for an explanation of the member concerned and report to the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee will consider an explanation of his conduct, which he may choose to submit. Thereafter the Executive Committee shall decide on merits whether to continue his membership or not. The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final and binding upon him/her and shall not be challenged in any court of law.
    3. For any violation of the club rules, as specified above, the Executive Committee shall suspend the membership for a period not exceeding 120 days and may also decide about the member's expulsio

  11. Re-Admission/Reinstatement
    1. If the membership ceases under clause (a) of the rule 9, the member shall be eligible for re-admission as a ordinary member upon making a fresh application in the prescribed form and paying a sum as may be decided by the Executive Committee from time to time.
      Further any such member, he shall pay subscription of the lapsed period.
    2. In case membership ceases under clause (c) of the aforesaid rule 9, the Committee may however, on the written reinstatement request of the member after a period of three months, reinstate such defaulter member on satisfactory grounds being shown for non-payment, on full clearance of the dues with late payment charges till the date of reinstatement along with a payment of Rs. 25,000/- as penalty, without the levy of entrance fee.
    3. Members ceasing membership under clause (b) (d) (f) (h) (i) of the Rule 9 shall on no account be reinstated or re-admitted.

  12. Complaints and suggestions All complaints suggestions shall be made in writing either in the complaint and suggestions book which shall be kept available for the purpose or by a separate letter addressed to the CEO, who shall without delay attend to the subject of the complaint and shall dispose it off finally, if it is within his competence. In other case he shall place them before the Executive Committee whose decision shall be final.

  13. Conduct of Employees The conduct of employees shall in no case be made a matter of personal reprimand by any member. All complaints relating to club shall be made to the CEO, to be submitted in club office in writing. The decision of the Executive Committee shall be final. But at the same time the members and their family members will be given due respect by all staff.

  14. Management
    Sub Committees
    1. With a view for day to day work of the trust and club and to achieve the objectives and purposes of the Club there shall be Sub Committees consisting of members from Executive Committee any other person having experience and specialization in the field. The Sub-Committee shall work under supervision and guidance of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee shall be the governing body of the club and shall exercise all such powers and do all such acts and things as are assigned to it by the rules of the club in force for the time being and such may be delegated to it by the trustees from time to time. The Executive Committee may delegate such powers and authority to the sub-Committee form for speedy, proper and effective execution of work assigned to such Committee. The Executive Committee may dissolve or change the constitution of any sub-committee at any time if in the opinion of the Executive Committee is expedient to do so in the interest of the club without assigning any reasons thereof.
    2. The Executive Committee is the sole authority for the interpretation of these rules made there under, and the decision of the Executive Committee upon any question of interpretation or upon any matter affecting the club, and not provided for by these rules made there under, shall be final and binding on the members.

  15. Powers and duties of the Executive Committee
    Without prejudice to the general powers conferred by or implied in the last proceeding rule the Executive Committee shall exercise and perform the following powers and duties.
    1. To grant license for running club canteen, restaurant, bar on the such terms and conditions as deemed fit.
    2. Shall have powers to enter into reciprocal arrangements with clubs and other institutions on such terms and conditions as it may deem fit.
    3. In case when tournaments or special engagements or private entertainment are being held at the club premises or any part thereof or in other special circumstances the Executive Committee shall have power to suspend the operation of these rules and reserve their right in any other respect thereof.
    4. To fix the strength of officers and staff and their remuneration, wages and other conditions of service from time to time.
    5. To appoint and take disciplinary action against or terminate or dismiss members as well as staff members.
    6. To strike off the name of any member and to suspend, if in its opinion the conduct, of any member is injurious to the reputation and interest of the club, or in the event of any circumstances which is likely to disturb the order or harmony of the club.
    7. To determine monthly subscription, maintenance charges and the scale of charges for fee or supplies made to the members and patrons of the club.
    8. To receive and collect funds and to utilize the same for the purpose and objectives of the Club and to operate one and more bank account in the name of Abhay Prashal Sports Club in the bank. Such bank account may be operated by jointly by two members of Executive Committee for any amount up to Rs. 5,00,000/- for capital expenditures already approved by the Executive Committee and up to Rs. 2,00,000/- for other expenditure and any in case of any amount beyond these limits with the joint signature of the Chairman of the Executive Committee. The CEO may also be given authority to operate any bank account with any member of the Executive Committee for any amount up to Rs. 1,00,000/-
    9. To write off in the accounts of the club such sums as it may deem expedient, in respect of bad and doubtful debts but not exceeding Rupees 5000/- in the aggregate.
    10. To regulate the enrolment of the members within the time limit fixed under the rules.
    11. To appoint sub-Committees for the activities of the club and delegate to them such powers as may be deemed expedient.
    12. To purchase or otherwise acquire for the club, any property or privileges, which the club is authorized to acquire at such price, and on such terms and conditions as it deems fit.
    13. To dispose of unserviceable articles or such other belongings of the club.
    14. To conduct or start any new activity for the betterment of the club.
    15. To enforce the rules of the club.
    16. To fix entrance fees of guest.

  16. Club Timings
    Unless otherwise determined by the Executive Committee, the club shall remain open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
    Club Office : 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (except Sundays)

  17. Reception Counter
    All members must sign and enter their names and those of their guest in the guest register kept at the reception counter when they enter the club before the use of any amenities or services of the club. Members will produce their membership cards when requested by the reception staff.

  18. Notice Board
    All notices by way of information to the members will be placed on the Notice Board at the discretion of the CEO. Members of the club shall be deemed to have read and noticed all changes made from time to time in the rules of the club.

  19. Membership Card
    All members shall be issued membership cards which will have the member's photograph, his/her name, membership number, member's signature and signature of the CEO at the cost of Rs. 50/- per case All members and their family members are requested to carry with them their membership card while they are in the club premises and the same should be produced when requested by the staff member on duty. On receipt of intimation and application in writing by a member that he/she has lost or misplaced his/her membership card, a duplicate membership card may be issued on payment of Rs. 100/- or fee fixed by the Executive Committee in lieu of lost or misplaced card.

  20. Responsibility
    1. The management of the club will not be responsible in any way for accidents, or injuries or any harm caused to member and to their children or to their guest.
    2. Members shall be held responsible for any damage whatsoever done by then or by their children to any property of the club. The assessment of the damage shall be made by the Committee and the member shall be liable to make good any such damage or loss.
    3. Children under 18 years are strictly prohibited to enter the permit room of the club.
    4. The club shall not be responsible in any manner whatsoever for any accidents, injuries or harm to the member and children or of their guests in the swimming pool, or any other sports section where they must be accompanies by their parents or otherwise. The instruction mentioned in the notice board as swimming pool side will be applicable to the members and their guests.
    5. The club will not be responsible for loss or damage of any article left or deposited by the members in the club.
    6. Member should carry their Photo Identity Cards in the Club.
    7. Guests will not be allowed in the Club unless & until accompanied by the member.
    8. Members should get their I cards made to avoid inconvenience.
    9. Club dues can be paid round the clock at the reception.
    10. Carrying of any weapons is strictly prohibited in the Club Campus.
    11. Members are requested not to use foul language in the Club as it disturbs the other members and their families.
    12. Parking only for member's car with APSC Car Sticker, please collect the same from the reception counter.
    13. Members shall be bound in all respects by rules & regulations of the club as amended from time to time & in force for the time being.

  21. Dress Regulations
    Members or their Guests nor properly dressed, or indecently dressed will not be admitted to the Club.
    For all the parties arranged by the members, it is the duty of the host members to see that the invitees come to such parties properly dressed which is usually acceptable in good civilized and cultural society.

  22. Dogs and Pets
    Members and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing dogs, pets or any other animal in the premises or on the lawn under any pretext whatsoever.

  23. Car Parking
    Member's cars driven by owner's will be allowed inside the club premises for parking in car parking area, if and when parking space is available. Members will not park their car/vehicle which would obstruct or inconvenience the ingress or outgoing of their cars. Vehicle parking is at Owner's risk.

  24. Servants
    Member's servants, chauffeurs or attendants waiting for members while they are in the club premises shall be subjected to all the laws laid by the CEO. Members must instruct and make their servants aware of these laws that servant/maid will not be allowed in activity area or any other place which Executive Committee decides.

  25. Entertainment
    The Executive Committee may at its absolute discretion grant to any member permission to use the club premises at such fees at it may fix from time to time.

  26. Use of facility of the Club
    The members and their guest shall use the club facility carefully and shall observe all safety norms and no member shall allow use of any facility to children and guest unless they follow the rules of the club and safety norms. Members shall not use any facility or participate in any activity which may be dangerous to the life of member or others or may cause any injury without proper supervision and guidance of trainer or experts. In case of any accident, injury to any person whether member of the club or not and any theft, loss or damage of any property of the member or any other person within the club premises, the club, its management, executive committee or trust shall not be responsible under any circumstances.

  27. Accounts and Audit
    The Executive Committee shall prepare and maintain true accounts of the affairs of the Club and shall prepare income expenditure account and balance sheet of the Club each year within a period of three months from the end of financial year and get it audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants.

  28. Interpretation of Rules
    The Executive Committee will be the sole authority for interpretation of rules, regulations, terms and conditions etc. and their decision shall be final and binding on the members.
